The training was highly productive and effective. The team mastered all stages of guest interaction — from the first call and booking to the personal meeting, escorting to the treatment, and the specialist’s communication with the guest. After the training, we will begin implementing global service standards in our daily work. The next step is the scheduled SPA audits.
